| Introduction to Raw Materials |
Indonesia, positioned between Asia and Oceania, spans the equator and consists of 17,506 islands. It is known as the "Land of a Thousand Islands," with swiftlet nests primarily concentrated along the coasts of Sumatra, Java, and Kalimantan. Kalimantan, often compared to the Amazon rainforest as one of the Earth's lungs, offers a rich and pristine ecological environment.
With decades of economic growth in Asia increasing demand for swiftlet nests, Indonesian manufacturers have matured their techniques in harvesting, processing, and ecological conservation. They have pioneered humane nest collection methods, allowing the swiftlets to feed naturally in the abundant tropical rainforests, preserving their natural habits and nutritional content. Collection occurs only after the fledglings leave the nests, ensuring stable nest production and mitigating safety risks and environmental damage associated with traditional wild harvesting.
As production has expanded, swiftlet nest processing facilities have implemented stringent quality standards: no bleaching, no gluing, and no sulfur dioxide fumigation. These practices have become basic requirements in the market, ensuring consumers can purchase with confidence and trust in the quality of Indonesian swiftlet nests.
◉ World's largest swiftlet nest producer

| Usage Instructions |
Step (1) Take dried swiftlet nests and soak them in room temperature RO-filtered water or drinking water for 6-8 hours.→ This step allows the nests to fully absorb water and expand. Avoid using warm or hot water, as swiftlet nests contain over 50% protein, which can denature at high temperatures and hinder water absorption.
Step (2) After soaking, gently separate the nests and rinse them three times with RO-filtered water to remove impurities.→ Once the nests have expanded, gently separate them by hand and rinse them 2-3 times to obtain clean nests. Use fingers or tweezers to remove any remaining fine impurities.
Step (3) The golden ratio of swiftlet nests to water!→ Take the expanded nests and add water in a ratio of "weight of dried nests" to water = 1:50. Add red dates and rock sugar, then steam for 30 minutes.→ Cooked swiftlet nests can be refrigerated for about a week. We recommend cooking larger batches and storing them for multiple servings, making it simple and convenient.
